Reliable Home Cleaning is a personally delivered domestic cleaning service covering High Wycombe, Gerrards Cross, Beaconsfield and nearby areas of Buckinghamshire and Berkshire. Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), I am the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

This website has no contact form and no customer accounts. I only receive personal information when you choose to contact me by WhatsApp, text message, telephone or email. This may include:

• your name, telephone number and/or email address;
• your postcode or address, to confirm availability;
• details about your home and the cleaning you need;
• anything else you choose to include in your message.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how the website is used. This does not include your name, telephone number, email address or the contents of your messages. See the Cookie Policy.

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a free, no-obligation quote — because you have asked me to (steps before a contract).
• To arrange and provide cleaning if you become a customer — to perform our contract.
• To keep records the law requires, such as for tax — legal obligation.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

I do not sell your information and do not use it for marketing without your permission.

• WhatsApp (Meta), your mobile network and Google (Gmail) handle messages when you contact me through them, under their own privacy policies.
• Google Analytics (Google), only if you accept analytics cookies. Google may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
• Links to Facebook and Instagram take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

I keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, including any period required by law (for example, for tax records). Information from enquiries that do not lead to a booking is deleted when it is no longer needed.
